(Part Time - Lettings Department)

If you're a great people person with an eye for detail and you enjoy using the latest software, then a part time position within the lettings department of Chris Davies Estate Agents may be 'right up your street'.

The core hours are between 9am and 6pm although the position demands a degree of flexibility to suit the needs of the business. The post varies between 2 and 3 full weekdays. A reliable car and knowledge of the local area is essential. Personal experience of renting or letting a home will be considered an advantage.

Salary will be pro-rata of the full time position being £13k per annum (or £14k if ARLA qualified). The successful candidate will enjoy performance based team social events, 5 weeks annual leave in addition to bank holidays, a mileage allowance, industry recognised training and a contemporary office with air conditioning.

(Part Time - Sales Department)

The core hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 4pm on Saturdays, although the position demands a degree of flexibility to suit the needs of the business. The post will involve 3 full days, including Saturdays. A reliable car and knowledge of the local area is preferred. Personal experience of selling and buying a home will be considered an advantage.

Salary will be pro-rata of the full time position being £13k per annum (or £14k if NAEA qualified). The successful candidate will enjoy performance based team social events, 5 weeks annual leave in addition to bank holidays, a mileage allowance, industry recognised training and a modern office with air conditioning.
