CPD (Continuing Professional Development) - Within 12 months of starting employment, all full time negotiators must become qualified with an A Level equivalent, fully-funded, Level 3 Award in the sale or let of residential property.

No previous experience is necessary as training is provided from a Propertymark qualified line manager or company director.

Sales Negotiator – Full Time Position only (Barry office)

4 weekdays 9am – 5:30pm plus Saturday 9am - 4pm

£21,500 per annum rising to £22,500 upon passing industry exams.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Lettings Manager

A rare opportunity to join a thriving, multi award winning, independent estate and letting agent with three offices in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Applicants must be experienced in the residential lettings industry with an excellent track record. They should currently hold a senior role in residential lettings and have a superb understanding of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act and supporting legislation including rent Smart Wales requirements.

The individual will need to be dynamic and energetic with exceptional diligence and honed customer service skills.

Propertymark (ARLA) qualification/membership is essential for the role and is fully funded by the company.

The role is centrally positioned and based in Rhoose (CF62 3DS) and responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the lettings team for daily tasks

Completing valuations and ‘take ons’

Driving an increase to the managed portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.

Conducting annual rent reviews and all aspects of rental payments.

Additional responsibilities relating to property management issues will be an integral part of the role.

The remuneration package is:

Basic salary - £25,000 to £28,000 – bonus structure in addition.

There are team performance related bonuses and role-based enhancements for increasing the portfolio size.

Fixed hours are Monday to Friday 09:00hrs to 17:30hrs.

Annual leave of 25 days per annum, plus all Bank Holidays in addition.

Air-conditioned offices and adjacent parking facilities.

A clean driving licence and car are essential for the role and the successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory, basic check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
