Withdrawing from an Occupation Contract

Due to recent changes in the law by the Welsh Government, contract holders (tenants) are required to follow a legal process, to leave their property and cease being party to a contract.

The stages are as follows:

  1. You need to serve a Withdrawal Notice on your landlord (or us as the Managing Agent) This needs to give 4 weeks notice
  2. You need to serve a Written Warning on your fellow contract holder (tenant)

Only once this process is followed can we then move forward with your Withdrawal.

To make this easier on you, we have created this page to help with both part 1+2. You’ll need to fill in the table below and click the button to create an email, remembering to add both your fellow contract holder (tenant) AND us on our main email address ([email protected]) Its also advised to copy yourself in too, for your records.

Failure to do this could result in your notice being delayed. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the team on 01446 711900
