It's that spooky time of year again - and we're giving you TWO chances to win some fang-tastic prizes!
Competition 1: Best Halloween House!Whether it's creepy cobwebs, glowing pumpkins, or full-on haunted mansion vibes, we want to see your spooktacular home decor!
Snap a photo of your spooky house and tag us (facebook @chrisdaviesestateagents) (instagram @cdea1989) or share it in the comments.
Competition 2: Best Mini Artist! Get your little monsters involved - collect a colour sheet from one of our 3 branches, complete and return to our branch, or post a photo, tagging us. (Please leave you phone number OFF if posting photos).
Prizes: Competition 1: £100 voucher for Home Improvements
Prizes: Competition 2: Large Art Supplies Set (age group 10-14) Toy Shop Voucher (age group 3-9)

Terms and Conditions1. Promoter - Chris Davies Estate Agents2. Eligibility - Employees of Chris Davies Estate Agents are not eligible to enter3. How to Enter - Best Halloween House - share a photo of your decorated home by commenting on our competition post or tagging us. Best Mini Artist - Collect a colouring sheet from any of our offices, complete and return to a branch with your contact details, OR, photograph, tag us ( leave off the contact number)4. Entry Deadline - midnight 31st October 2025. Entries after this time will not be counted.5. Judging & Winner Selection - Best Halloween House - We may share the images across social media and ask for the public to vote and will also ask the Chris Davies Team for their favourite. Best Mini Artist - we will ask the Chris Davies Team to choose their favourite from the two age groups.6. Prizes - Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.7. Winner Announcement - winners will be announced on our social media pages and will be contated by direct message or phone call to arrange prize collection.8. Use of Entries - By entering, you grant Chris Davies Estate Agents permission to share your entry photo (minus contact details) on our social media and website for promotional purposes.9. Liability - Chris Davies Estate Agents accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries or for any technical issues.10.
