At Chris Davies Estate Agents, we pride ourselves on having a team that’s not only experienced and knowledgeable but also deeply rooted in the Vale of Glamorgan community. Today marks the beginning of our “Meet the Team” series, where we introduce the people behind the business - starting with none other than our Managing Director, Andrew Fenton.

With 30 years in the property industry this year, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Whether you're buying, selling, or just seeking advice, chances are Andrew will have the answer and if not, he definitely knows someone who does.

Andrew’s career started in estate agency in 1995, and he joined Chris Davies Estate Agents in 2005. Rising through the ranks, he became a Director in 2014 and took over the company via a Management Buy Out in 2019. His deep connection with the Vale of Glamorgan and local housing market has made him an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues.

A Few Highlights:

• �� Student Runner-Up in 2004 when the NAEA Technical Award launched – presented at a glittering event at the Hilton, Park Lane by Natasha Kaplinsky.

• �� Achieved a rare cricket feat – taking 10 wickets for just 25 runs in a 2006 league game.

• �� Countdown semi-finalist in 2016 – yes, the Channel 4 game show!
