Chris Davies Estate Agents turned 35 years old yesterday !!
Established back in 1989 with one branch running from Rhoose, over the years we then extended out to set up offices in Barry & Llantwit Major.
Chris Davies Estate & Letting Agents (CDEA) became a Limited company back in 2009. Andrew Fenton started with the company back in 2005, was promoted to Sales Director in 2014 and then bought the company and became Managing Director on the 23rd December 2019.
We are renowned for being award winning agents; achieving national, regional and local awards. We pride ourselves on specialising in providing both sales and lettings of properties throughout the Vale of Glamorgan and are a team of 12 of which 6 members of staff have been with CDEA for over 8 years.
We look forward to many years to come !
