Chris Davies Estate and Letting Agents are thrilled to announce they have been awarded a Gold award for Sales AND Lettings in this years Best Estate Agent Guide.  We are among an elite group of agents that has achieved the performance standards necessary to be listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide. 

Taking place in London and presented by TV personalities, BBC The One Show’s Alex Jones and star of SAS: Who Dares Wins, Jason Fox, the EA Masters is considered to be the estate agency event of the year.  

An independent assessment is carried out to identify the best agents in the country with 1 million properties listed assessed and analyzed over 6 months and with over 11000 agencies judged.  Only the top 20% of agencies are identified across the Country 

As well as the prestigious Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, this year's EA Masters presented the People Awards.  We are thrilled that 2 members of staff were shortlisted to the final 12 nationally – Claire Fenton - Best Manager Award and Sarah Lawrence - Best Negotiator Award.
