team of Property Professionals. Whether you are returning to the work place

Sales Negotiator – Rhoose – Full Time Position only
No previous experience is necessary as training is provided from a
Propertymark qualified line manager or company director.
4 weekdays 9am – 5:30pm plus Saturday 9am - 4pm
£17,784 per annum rising to £18,792 upon passing industry exams.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
45 pence per mile business mileage allowance
Comfortable air-conditioned and refurbished offices
Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and customer service orientated
with listening skills and people skills to communicate effectively with
associates, buyers, sellers and lawyers. Living within the Vale of Glamorgan and
having knowledge of the local area will be an advantage. The ability to adapt
quickly to new software will be a prerequisite as will being able to closely
follow strict systems and controls with an eye for detail.
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) - Within 12 months of starting
employment, all sales negotiators must become qualified with an A Level
equivalent, fully-funded, Level 3 Award in the sale of residential property.
